These days its very hard to find someone to talk with
Social media corrupts as everybody stares into their phone
What happened to nature walks and advice or tips
I guess its better to take care of business and just stay home
Most of us find people fake therefore not wasting our time
Yet I seek a partner to scintillate my intellectual capacity
No point in being a shoulder to lean on if you say im fine
Why give out my heart or waste my breath to calm your reality
The positions we put ourselves in might give someone faith
Somehow though we curse the name of the alpha omega himself
Don’t want to listen to your bitching you are filling me with hate
Drained of our energy we continue to still distribute help
In hour darkest hour thoughts of clarity give us reason
As we discover who is fake who is real and who might be a hater
For now music is my go to for ignoring people and their shenanigans
Maybe one day ill enjoy a couple decent gregarious encounters
