Pain sleeps in depths of broken heart
Tears verify emotions shattered
Bowed knee on pavement steady body wavering
Hurt so deep breath vanish from lung
Head spun in circles like roller coaster rides no exit
Clinched fist pounds bloody concrete
Bellows of retaliation is cry of streets decree
Another life taken in blink of closed EYE
Concrete jungle pain reigns forever
