Break the silence

 

As I sit here in silence
I just soak it all in.
My pain
My stuffing
You hurt me so bad you broke
my heart
into pieces you did the thing
you promise you wouldn't do
to never put your hand
on me again
i'm sick and tired of
hiding these scars
i'm sick of dreaming
my life will end
so tried of feeling numb inside
your words cut me to
the core saying
i'm worthless so you
can get a kick.
we fight everyday when
will this horror
end I cant be silence
no more
its eaten me up inside no
more of being
quiet I have been for
too long its time
for me to voice this.
Let us SPEAK UP and
BREAK THE SILENCE.
