Forsaken memory
The light that gives the breath’s delight
Now hid behind these sleeping eyes
We are pale shadows in the game of life.
Forsaken memory, awaken!
From perfect stillness
You emerged, in many cosmic splendors
Oh, those are lucky who remember!
I can do no better favor
Than submit to sweet surrender
And allow this Highest Will
Play out its wonder.
Now hid behind these sleeping eyes
We are pale shadows in the game of life.
Forsaken memory, awaken!
From perfect stillness
You emerged, in many cosmic splendors
Oh, those are lucky who remember!
I can do no better favor
Than submit to sweet surrender
And allow this Highest Will
Play out its wonder.
