Shangri-La

And they say that who we
were meant to be is often
prohibited by
the toxicity of this planet
yet it isn’t casual forbearance or
intestinal understanding but
consciousness
who still remains
the heavy weight contender for
density, so the poet
passes through various
burst centers: entities, as he writes
much in the same way as
that bending of the
Shangri-La overpass-
yielding
semipermeable
record information:
experience in a
fraction of time it takes for that
refraction to recognize
not the encompassment’s
optical pitch-
only it’s
estimation for
the light excursion
thinning
those prism veils
upon reaching the soul; as an
eerily curbing gateway.
