Flashbacks Of Pain
Flashbacks that consume my core
Feelings of deep sorrow
These images are filled with gore
Hoping I'll feel better tomorrow
Nobody could really ever understand
The pain that happened over there
This was never really planned
Only God listens to my prayers
Though I feel totally insane
Medicine blurs my mind
Although it helps numb my pain
My pain causes me to feel blind
My mind goes over those days
I just cannot rest you see
So much pain in many ways
My emotions need to be set free

Your graphic reminds me of when my Friend was telling me about when the U.S. Gov't put his entire family in a concentration camp in Arizona. He says that's where he got his PTSD.
I don't think this illness is reserved for just military people -- though a large percentage is.
