Filling Voids With Internal Bleeding
With fragile fingers,
She delicately carved
every one of your screams
every one of your sighs
into the walls of her weary stomach.
Her fragile fingers
dance with the needle and thread
as she attempts to close up
the empty space inside,
since you left.
With fragile fingers
she carefully sops up
each drop of blood
with a worn out sponge,
trying to rid any trace
of the pain you instilled within her body.
Her fragile fingers
curve with the blade of this knife
as she writes your story
against the only paper she can find,
.....too bad there's none nearby.
