A Rust God
I Witnessed a beautiful thing
I saw an angel falling from the sky with broken wings
I saw god, rusted and dismantled
I cut myself on his thumbprint
His razor crucifix only severed the first layer
I did it again and again until it pleased him
I saw Jesus with a .44 hole in his neck
where I inhaled the gunpowder with my last breath
How it feels so good to finally be dead
Drifting in Limbo with a chest full of sot
I saw an angel falling from the sky with broken wings
I saw god, rusted and dismantled
I cut myself on his thumbprint
His razor crucifix only severed the first layer
I did it again and again until it pleased him
I saw Jesus with a .44 hole in his neck
where I inhaled the gunpowder with my last breath
How it feels so good to finally be dead
Drifting in Limbo with a chest full of sot
