The seasons changed in your eyes,
As we circled the skies.
The stratus kingdoms where we
Were thunder over the sea.
We sealed our souls in a kiss,
And sank to the abyss
And while our hearts sailed far away
The rain washed the day.
And though we are seen no more
In the light upon the shore
We keep our secret, our dance
And flow in tides of romance.
We now kiss soul to soul
Beyond the sirens and the skies.
Did you, did you look through my eyes
And see that you are beautiful?
Some say still that we died,
In the foam upon the tide.
But still on a season’s tail,
We are captured upon the gale,
And some say they hear us fly
Never to wither or say goodbye.
