The bloodied eye

Her dead, hazel eyes are screaming "help me!" What can I do though...? I asked her "what's wrong?" "Nothing..." Tears form silencing her words. She turns and runs hiding fear. There's a shadow glooming over her. Her eyes show the one who hurt her, the places she fears. I see it all but she still hides it. God resents her, rejects her. She can't pass, she's forced to live this hell called life. Her friends abandoned her, going on with their lives. While she's stuck in the past. Self-rejeced, self-conflicted, fighting for her freedom, even hell would be paradise to her. Caged in fear, she struggles but goes nowhere. Scars cover not only her body, but her face as well. Stiches show cuts under her eye.
