Traffic
The Auckland rush
Half the population
in the same direction as I
Pretty decent car
Music blaring
I stay in the fast lane
Mornings are slower
Keeping bumper to bumper,
Allows time to soak up your surroundings
Appreciate the landscape
The man next to me
Nicer car than mine
Finger to the sky
Digging for diamonds
The lady behind
Singing louder than her engine roar
I love the morning traffic
The variety of people we live with
Always seeing something new
This is when I appreciate life
