Hell's Sun
What's it like in hell, you ask?
I'll take you there, give you a show
Show you my favorite spot to bask
In the dark sun's chilling glow
Appearance much like an eclipse
Siphoning warmth, the one difference
Leaving the hellfire brutal cold
A confusing concept, I know
The frostfire cuts into your soul
Leaves a gaping empty hole
Despair settles into your being
Any happy thoughts are fleeting
Reminded of the terrors you are made to endure
Hour after hour, day after day,
What even is time, anyway?
The clock is stopped, it tics no more
No escape for these eyesores
Broken in body, heart and mind
Frozen in space, thought and time
This is but a preview, don't get too eager yet
Should you wish to continue the tour, you must forget
The flesh that binds you too the real
Release your soul to the ethereal
Let it be drawn down below
To the event horizon of the dark sun's glow
Where you'll find eternal rest
Never again to see the light
This is what you wanted, yes?
It's time to say goodnight
I'll take you there, give you a show
Show you my favorite spot to bask
In the dark sun's chilling glow
Appearance much like an eclipse
Siphoning warmth, the one difference
Leaving the hellfire brutal cold
A confusing concept, I know
