Small Hours
.
In the small hours,
awoken by soft shake
Led by hand;
The balcony with its
high sided walls,
Sea view & cooling air;
The breakers
and me.
In the small hours,
before the sun's arrival,
Sir's need;
As I,
from over the tabe
Look out to sea;
Distant lights of fishermen
going about their work,
As I too,
with sleepyhead vision,
do travel along to
Sirs empowerment,
Before being led back to bed
For more cuddling sleeps.
In the small hours,
awoken by soft shake
Led by hand;
The balcony with its
high sided walls,
Sea view & cooling air;
The breakers
and me.
In the small hours,
before the sun's arrival,
Sir's need;
As I,
from over the tabe
Look out to sea;
Distant lights of fishermen
going about their work,
As I too,
with sleepyhead vision,
do travel along to
Sirs empowerment,
Before being led back to bed
For more cuddling sleeps.
