Time never stopped moving forward
I know you had to leave
The loss left me hurt and broken
But I took the time to grieve
The past will always be there
Like memories in the sand
They rush in, bringing emotions
A timeless ticking clock with no hands
Passion has endless fuel
Flames will never go out
