today was a bad day
I've spilled my tears today
they saw me cry.
Dear friend.
I am sorry to hear that.I am here for you.
you will be okay.

They seem interesting.

I'm so proud of you.

I was caught in the shower of emotions.
I was trapped in a box.

Why didn't you tell me about the scars on your wrist
Why didn't you tell me that the pills were making you numb
Why were you always so happy.
Dear friend
As I sit here and watch the ash dance in the wind
I wish
I truly wish that you bore your soul to me, as i did with you.
Friend.. I should've listened

This is a touching poem, hinting at death as the final outcome in this whirlwind of emotions. It seems communication is the key, in your read. Just wondering what you think of maybe dropping the word 'today' in the 1st verse here:
"Today was a bad day
I've spilled my tears"
And in the 3rd verse:
"Today was a bad day.
I've talked to people."
Also, maybe "Today" would make a more dramatic title. This is a two-person dialog, isn't it? In that case, maybe you could put one of the conversations in either italics or a different font to differentiate between the two.
However, this is still a great poem Emopixi13, it really is. Well written. :-)
