wanton lake

what i learn from restriction
the tight wind of your will
and its tethers
wrapped so that only arm and pen are free

is that time is a stew
and your leather spiked spice
will bring my ink to weep
before you
for you
and drip sweet pheromones in your ear
via those peering eyes
stood high on heels

letter by letter
word by word
i author a skyscraper of need
building my own fortress
of recursive desires
no chalkboard could reveal

let me gaze upon you
drink your luminescent eros
from your wanton lake
lock me in your dark closet
sliding pleas beneath the door
that crumple as you trample them
heading for the door
