The Chosen Path
In the shallows I wade
heading out
too deep
unaware
dear death
unto you I stare
captured
within shadows
ebbing past twilight
and freedom
darkness you beckon
an ashen urge of creation
fallen and calling
me to come
to die
in the arms of the mistress
of evil
I release,
I please and appease
unwrapped inside the wrath
following all along
her chosen path
