Falling Petals

Her petals were falling as she was suffering a slow death
Gave her all to love him and now she has nothing left
Her next step may be to put her feelings in the mode of stealth
Cause she's tired of being hurt and doesn't want anyone else

Like a chef he sliced and diced her heart and her spirit
Wanting her to eat it as he kept feeding her lies and bullshit
But she didn't forget that a Queen is to be placed on a pedestal
Something that better dudes would've loved to be able to do

Only a fool would choose to confuse her genuineness as a weakness
Not realizing that someone so alluring is a rare find like the monster from Loch Ness
A timeless treasure who'd weather the hurricanes and tsunamis
Her crying that he caused is how he lost such a divine Queen
