A Symphony Never Meant to be Played. {WIP}

I sat in silence with the void to my front and the world to my back. From the void emerges something i cannot comprehend. An entire band of faceless musicians with a shadowy conductor at their head. They surround me, filling the void. Upon seeing them i think my problems are solved, what was once empty is now filled, what had seemed to be lost was found, i did not know how wrong i was.

The conductor raises a batton that does not yet exist, signalling a orchestra that shouldn't be alive to start playing a symphony never meant to be played. A cacophonous sound roars slowly from the instruments and bleeds out into the world around them. The music spreads and spreads like a cancerous disease infecting all that hear it.

When the horrific waves of sound reach the ears of people they revolt for their brains are receiving signals which should not exist. Lunacy and madness march in synchronous cadence bringing all of their boons with them. People cry out in pain and ecstasy, their fragile minds torn apart in tune with the harmonies. Their bodies, free of the mind, do as they please and their instincts take control. They are reverted to animals, their sentience robed from them by the evil resonations. Men, women, and children all dance at an unholy tempo, their bodies blossoming into death as they are torn limb from limb apart in a demonic waltz.

As the terrible melodies reach the ears of the gods they are enraged. They started a symphony of their own to drown out the prior. Their music it is in the form of lightning, earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, and all manners of disasters, destroying all they have created in disgust of experiencing that which should not and could not have never existed. They sent the sky to devour all that was below it and the earth to consume all above. The gods soon see their effort was futile as the symphony drowns out any other noise ever created. As the the futility of their actions is seen, they give up. They shrivel into the nothingness from whence they came, leaving prayers unanswered, prophecies unfulfilled, mythologies incomplete.

Constellations are dismantled, stars torn apart, galaxies broken, a new angel of death flies on wings of broken glass reaping the universe itself. A maelstrom of destructions rages across all of creation, turmoil consumes all, order is destroyed, entropy wins its throne milenia too early. The laws which once governed all are blatantly ignored by agents of destruction, up goes down, hot is cold.

As the crescendo is reached a climax is achieved. The very fabric of the universe is pulled apart seam by seam. The blaring symphony dies down into a requiem for a newly dead existence. A funeral dirge for all that ever was is and will be. However there is no one left to hear it for all have fallen, gods and men alike. Nothing is left untouched. Every inch of creation is thrown out of place and chaos reigns supreme. As the symphony comes to an end all of reality is unraveling. The universe is left in a twisted mangled state, broken in every way.  Silence then fell like a dark and heavy curtain on the universe and all was over.

The conductor who should not yet exist raised a baton that was lost long ago signalling for an orchestra which should have never existed to start paying a symphony never meant to be played
The symphony threw the universe into a disharmonious mess and then returned it to a rhythm of destruction
