Welcome My Beauty
"I learned not to worry about love; but to honor it's coming with all my heart." Alice Walker
suns rise, pass across the sky, suns set
if you don't notice time will slip on by
a touch of dew glimmers in a growing light
streaks of innocence, highlight the young sky
fresh scents of spring filter the calm
and here, with you, I will come alive
welcome my beauty to where the chamomile lie
let the trade winds blow in your way
warm your skin with a silken desire
and let new love enlighten your day
when the sun sits down in her ruddy hue
our bright stars will come out to play
wrap your core in my tender care
and under a glabrous moon we'll lay
ordinary thoughts don't seem
so ordinary anymore
suns rise, pass across the sky, suns set
if you don't notice time will slip on by
a touch of dew glimmers in a growing light
streaks of innocence, highlight the young sky
fresh scents of spring filter the calm
and here, with you, I will come alive
welcome my beauty to where the chamomile lie
let the trade winds blow in your way
warm your skin with a silken desire
and let new love enlighten your day
when the sun sits down in her ruddy hue
our bright stars will come out to play
wrap your core in my tender care
and under a glabrous moon we'll lay
ordinary thoughts don't seem
so ordinary anymore
