When depression decides it wants to give you a firm kick in the ass it will try its hardest
i promise
but i also promise you this,
if you fight it and don't ever give up
something will come out of it

When depression hits it often feels like you have been hit by a train
again
and again
constantly knocking the wind out you
sometimes a little more each time
but you will survive

when it knocks you off your feet
get up and try again
it will happen again and again
but you can't let it win

close your eyes
count to ten
bu keep them closed for an extra ten
how can you be afraid of what you cannot see?
