just wondering

I wonder how I wonder why
 
Leaving the week with a goodbye.
 
Leaves us happy leaves us stout
 
Put our heads right in that cloud.
 
In these two days of joyfully fussed
 
Thinking of you will be my lust.
 
Imagine how that it could be
 
If you could spend them all with me.
 
Watch the sunsets walk the beach
 
As if our bond no one could breach.
 
But just for now can’t have my way
