A thousand voices
simultaneously screaming
chatting about nothing
Driving me insane
too loud to tune out
cover my ears
no good to drown out
this pitiful wailing
can't focus, losing patience
rage shaking my roots
SILENCE!
I don't think a damn one of them heard me.
