Clear Memories

Birds are singing  
While flying into the horizon  
Children are playing  
It’s so inspiring  
Couples are holding hands, gazing into each other eyes  
Clear memories of you and I are present in my mind  
The grass is brightly green  
The sky is clear as the Caribbean sea  
The flowers and trees are blowing peacefully  
Which compliments the sun’s beauty  
Even this lovely outing can’t erase the memories of you and me  
The air is easy to inhale and exhale  
As I walk by people are staring at me cause I look like hell
Well I don’t blame them and it’s obvious that I don’t care  
I am the result of losing someone I cared about and it’s not fair  
Memories that are dear to me pains me so
because you were the only woman in my life that I didn’t want to let go
