I want to know you again

I want to know how you feel. I want to know if your heart still beats the same. I want to know you again. Is your soul still as pure as the lines of your cocaine do you numb your heart from the pain. And when the world falls asleep at night do you cry quietly because you know you can't escape. I want to know when time sits completely still and you're surrounded by nothing but silence does your mind drift off into thoughts of me because I find you in all of my poetry.
