Comfort
Wrap me warm
And hold me tight
In your arms
I’ll sleep tonight.
A dreamless night
What a gift!
You keep me safe
While I drift
In the knowledge
That you’re there
Warming through
My cold despair
Making flesh
My heart of stone
Rubbing out
The word ‘alone’
That chases me
Wherever I go
But now its gone
So now I know
That you are there
You’ll keep me safe
Locked forever
In your embrace.
Wrap me warmly
Hold me tight

My love is bright.
And hold me tight
