Darkest Insomnia
[font=Tahoma,Geneva]The covers flew off me in the middle of the night,
darkness surrounded my soul, for I knew it from my fright
peeking out from the window below.
I did not see you, my dark angel; watching me while I slept somberly, with furry feet at my chest, tiny claws at my head, little teeth brushing my face, on the darkest of nights, when I just wanted to sleep.
