Do rusted hearts
still beat,
And do empty souls
still mourn?
And if you leave,
then must you stay,
and give my existence
meaning?

I have learned,
to listen and not
just hear,

your poetry has a lovely metre and delicacy. its seems sad that you focus only on your loss and your 'otherness' - you should realise you can take control and find beauty in the world.

i like the line "I have learned, to listen and not just hear" I understand that fully.. I understand it's importance.. keep posting!!
