The Secret Place
Strangers by day
A single body by night
She the queen guarded by her King(friends)
But loved by her warrior, Sir Knight(him)
Their secret place camouflaged by the moon
And lanterned sky...you and I
The secret place
Our eyes meet as we part ways side by side
You going north and I south
We acknowledge each other without a word being uttered
They shouldn't know but we will meet once the lanterns light up the sky
Forced by my friend to 'get me a man' if only
They knew what a man I had...but remember
Its our secret

The time has come the lanterns are at light
Our secret place not only that place but
Our Place
Not the cottage by the far side of town
But the place were we clash, walls not allowing
A single sound escape

A very beautiful piece. It reminds me of my secret place in the mountains of Germany where the outside world became nonexistent. Once again i enjoyed.
