Image for the poem solitude

solitude

am running a race
that to win is a choice
of temporary seclusion i chose
into the world unseen
under the trees i'll lie
isolated from the tides around
that rock this ship
of life we sail
unto the birds shall i sings
of ports painted with sins
onto innocence we did bring
cry thee not sweet clouds
no tears will be allowed
by such in a crude world
where hate does scream loud
sooth me you sweet breeze
cold comes and we all freeze
will be long before we all breathe
of freedom and all free
beautiful solitude you make me
see
life but another big sea
infested with demons and
unheard beasts
hunters of the unsung peace..
