Dear Lorelai, You'll be the one to save me.

Dear Lorelai,

Were the last words i wrote for you, enough for you to comprehend?
That in my death the only light i saw, was a light that resembled a
vision of your smile? Do you recall our sweet July, when lonliness was
just a word, and death was distant?

Don't tell me that in my absence you've forgotten, about the last days
that we spent. Don't tell me that our precious memories are gone, and
your making new ones with him?

Captivated in sweet embrace, words of promise you spoke to me.
you'll be the one to save me, but now, there's no convincing with the
promise you made.Because today i lay a witness, to the lies you built
with good 'intentions'. But you don't have to do me any more favors, For
today i say goodbye.

And in my very last moment, I was nothing more than a coward.
Your lips were like precious blades, You kissed my wrists so soft and gently.
And now your asking stupid questions, But it's too late for an apology.
You left me there defenceless against the intrusion of endless thoughts,
As I held on to my last memories of you, there was no sign of remorse.

You used to see right through the darkness.. but then,
The darkness became so bright it blinded me.
And In my last attempt to forfeit sight to the pain,
I surrendered my last breath to you.

The line you drew with lipstick across my skin, was hidden beneath the
crimson. And now, although i lay in eternal sleep, i've never been more
awake. To the lies that you have told, and to the games i so willingly played along to.

But you see my darling Lorelai, what we had was strong. Alot stronger than I.
And i will always love you, regardless the only love you've ever felt
was for him. And I know that i have failed you, so take our memories and
let them lie.

But always remember, that i will be there in the back of your head.
The un-wanted inner monologue reminding you of the promises you made.
The promises you failed to keep.

You'll be the one to save me.
