Coffee Shop Dance

Coffee Shop Dance

Her eyes glow with charm and charisma
But my eyes lavish her legs
Her bare gams are a psychedelic waltz
Under my mirror ball gaze
Finally she offers to prance with me to the table
Bearing my blueberry bagel
I hesitate to let her lead the procession
She stops in her tracks
I start then halt
She utters, “Jeez”
We walk side by side in my culinary journey
Her voice melts me into molasses on the flow
I return for a second foray into the feminine
She offers again to carry my brew to the table
I shift forward
She steps in front of me
And heads our passage with grace

“God I thought he was a jerk. But he thanked me so sweetly. So what if he ogles my legs from behind. I am gorgeous. And all the male attention working in this place turns me on. What’s a girl to do? Good thing I’ve got plenty of batteries. My toys are going to get a good workout tonight.”

“Thank you very much” I lay the honey on her.

“No problem. Have a good day” she sugar lilts.
