Stranger, A Little Love

Some days there's the rush
Everyday there's loneliness

I walk alone
Straight, like always
Eyes scanning each face, each body
Fingers tapping on my thigh
Shivers on my back
Heavy breaths
Broken beats on my damaged heart
Rushing thoughts on my broken mind
Dejection
I go home

Strange,
My mind flies back to
The boy with eyes that stares for hours
That were minutes
Were seconds
Him wishing for kisses he doesn't deserve
Yet my arms wrap around him
And revel in the warmth
That warmth...

Stranger, men and boys who give
Little old me a little
Love me a little, fool me little
Like me a little, look at me a little
Stranger

I see my broken insides
Susie Sweetheart would be a better choice, bubbly and sweet.
Dark clouds hang over my head and ravens are constant visitors
Ashes are on my feet
No one knows when I'll combust
To rise again, maybe,
And there are better choices,
You might get burned

Strange, oh brave
You come closer
Oh brave, touch me, speak
Oh brave, I get bored
Oh brave, it wasn't right

Love me a little
Look at me a little
Fool me a little
Sweet, sweet talk
I'll love you back, dear heart
You'll do,
I guess.
My heart is stupid
And needs you. Strange,
Stranger

Sinner heart, fools
You and I

Will you love me and my cracked heart
A little you would
Maybe a little will do

Could it be?
Stranger,
I love you.
