It's You
Its you I still believe. With every breathe that I take.
Since the day we meet and I looked into your eyes.
I saw a life I had shared once a long time ago.
Someone I had loved before God created the world.
Our soul has connected in the Ancient of time.
I shall give all that is me with you openly
and willingly.
I will not lie or deny you of any truth about me
or how I may feel. I will give all on to you.
I will not share my mind, body or soul with no
other for you have the key to loving me.
As a sit here and watch you sleep my love.
I realize how complete I am when you are near.
Jamal my dearest love you have my heart.
My eyes are no longer blinded by love.
I see what has made my love for you timeless.
For we have love each other before.
I finally can hear the sweet music our hearts
play to one another as they beat together.
I speak of the truth once hidden in the misery
of our own sorrows. That we once loved.
There's no place I rather be then in your arms
lost within the fire we make. Its you
I know my sweet Jamal its truly you.
