Malo and Mari
we met by chance
just a quick conversation
that became a great
Romance
the more we talked
the stronger my brain fought
my heart opened up
pushing away
all my crazy thoughts
it didnt matter that
we could not meet
it didnt matter how long
it would be
the words you spoke
the love we expressed
both of us no longer had a choice
its like it was
just meant to be
the beginning
to our end
the days went on
turning into months
that turned to years
and here we remain
no matter the lows
no matter the pain
we have more to gain
threw all the storms
we leaned on each other
just enjoying the rain
because after the fury
being together was worth
all the strain
now here we are again
fighting to withstand
yet another storm
the storm of the century
is how it seems
it had me questioning
but i know just how strong
we can be
just as long as you lean on me
the trust you had for me is
no longer strong enough
but my love
one thing
you can be sure of
is your heart
will always
beat just for me
what?
you thought i couldnt see?
i know because
its exactly the same for me,
if your heart beats
mines beats as well
but
if for some reason
your heart stops to beat just for me
i hope you know
mine will just cease to be
the world may try to keep us apart
but we know
that our love
can and
will last an eternity
no matter how long
i will wait
through every
storm
through the rain
if i have to stand alone
for awhile
or down on my knees
its all good with me
just as long as
your heart still beats
just for me
they can never rip
us apart
we will be
together forever
Lord knows they can try
yes, they hold the key
that can set you free
so you can be with me
but they cant keep you forever
hopefully soon
the day will finally be
that they would let you
come home to me
and then my love
with my arms
wide open
awaiting
their kings embrace
we will be together
with nothing
no space in
between
as of now our hearts are one
but on that day our
hearts
mind
body
and soul
will melt
together forever
becoming one.
and within a short time after
before men women and children
with the blessing of God
in his house we will
praise his name
giving thanks for his grace
repeating these words
of faith
Love is patient
love is kind
it does not envy
does not boast
it is not proud
not rude
it is not self seeking
not easily angered
it keeps no record of wrongs
we will not delight in evil
and we will rejoice in truths
always protect
have trust
hope
and always preserve our love
because as the bible says
especially ours
LOVE NEVER FAILS
and though we are only human
we will try to remember
that there are only
three things
that truly matter
we will
lean on our
FAITH
we will
strive together to always have
HOPE
...for our future
but most importantly
we will
always remember to
LOVE
one another because...
The Greatest of these three is
LOVE
we will continue
by giving vows to
Love Honor and Obey
and then
sealed with a
kiss
and blessed
with the grace of
God
