As your eyes flutter back open,
I remember the words that were spoken.
And the feel of your hand touching mine.
The warmth, the comfort, a feeling I cant define.
While I stared into your eyes,
I felt my heart dissipate.
At the moment I knew it was fate.
My heart just melted, I cant disclaim.
It was like a candle, lit by a flame.
So now whether you're near or far away,
In my heart you'll always stay.
And I'll keep my promise, whatever it takes,
