Aqua Desgracia

Among the vastness of the sapphire planes
Quietly lamenting infinite pains
Unseen, one tear that sea contains

Alone was born the fallen beauty
Despondent in her murderous duty
Enigmatic allure belies her cruelty

Sweeps another ship across the sea
Gliding by incautiously
Raising the waves upon the maiden unfree

A signal, unnoticed, of danger arising
Cold in heart, herself despising
Infinite sorrow of her own devising

Alone she strains, the Reina de Muerte, forever unhappy, for the song she      must sing
