Spellbound
Times are changing
and I'm striving to
be the best man
I could possibly be.
My thoughts at times
are scattered. But come
morning I remember to reminsce
recalling all those nights
a certain innocence I do miss.
But come Saturday's fall
a woman I do kiss.
Striking out or striking hard
I never thought for a moments
ounce,
I've trapped myself in
mortal sin. And risen up, alive
in bliss. Told of times a generation
past, understand this and you'll
know all too well.
Back straight, eyes forward
keep in tow.
