The Story Of Dying Happiness
Knowing I'm alone, I sit and cry,
Waiting and wondering why.
The thing we were all promised that some call
happiness were all lies.
Is my heart your pinata?
Syanounara.
You left my heart so broken and sore .
You say you'll never hurt it but drop it on the floor.
And I wonder when itll stop beating, its too
much to take when the one who held it
breaks it. Blood rolling down my wrists
I scream out for salvation, I see in the mirror
the thing we all called happiness,
break and shatter into tears, tears that fall like the rain
franticlly searching for someone to hear
their stories.
The story of happieness dies slowly,
with one last breath, dont let me change my mind,
hold my breath as i realize some hearts
just cant dance to the same beat,
I know you moved on, not caring,
I'm left behind again.. Thanks for being so kind..
The last story of happiness fades,
into the shadows, and out of the darkness,
the call for it to all disappear,
It falls with no sound,
ButIi, my dear,
Will die for no one hears,
the stories of my one true happiness,
that you left broken, behind and in tears.
Waiting and wondering why.
The thing we were all promised that some call
happiness were all lies.
Is my heart your pinata?
