When The Cat Is Away

I got a woman out there
I know she still loves me
so someone will care when
I am finally set free
I'm also sure she isn't staying
home all alone waiting for me
things doesn't work that way
especially in these days
I know the mouse is going to play
when the cat is away
but man oh man she sure is fine
yeah it sure helps me to know
she will be mine again someday
there won't be a next time
this cat wont go away again
I am gonna love her again
I'll do anything to make her love me
she has really been my only friend
I ever had and its so sad when
your life turns out to be this way
there will be another day and life
goes on even when the cat is way
