Sorrow wraps my heart in sadness, black as silk
my empty screams do not echo
my soul aches with the rain of blood
my headaches flow with the time of day and night
my pain grows with the lies that have been spoken
now....now i'm truely broken

I really like this. Reminds me of how I feel when I have my migraines. I do commander one thing, to add line breaks and commas, so the reader can take a breath in between reading it.
I sometimes forget to add them myself. :-)
Other wise it is well written and really good imagery.
