Skeleton-Filled Closet
You said you’d love to sit in front of my skeleton-filled closet, little did you know, there are more of those than pebbles in the ocean. You’re the lantern that shines the dark claustrophobic room that encloses me; my fears are darkness and your love is a lantern. You look at me with those sweet eyes and the darkness I keep so deep inside trembles and quickly recede. Lord knows you’re perfect, you’ve survived your life with hurt and depression and yet you still have time to love another. I’m whipped, or rather I’m in love, no… I am love; for it has stolen my soul and body, I’m merely acting on its will.. All I wish for is to forsake these skeleton partake in a brand new start, with you
