The fire burns brighter
In the darkest night
I'm caught on a wire
With no safe way off
Surrounded by liars
Trickster gods and thieves
Desire and fire
And regret and grief
I never wanted you
To sacrifice yourself
I only wanted you
To fade away
With me
Float away on rivers
Designed for the dead
Delirium fevers
I'm beaded with sweat
Surrounded by reapers
Grim, cold and heartless
Weavers and reavers
The devil's caress
I never needed you
To sacrifice yourself
I only wanted you
To fuck yourself
To death
The walls are red
With the blood you spilled
I feel no remorse
For those I have killed
In my mind and suicide
Pills drift you away
Mirrors tremble
With my reflection
The ghost in the glass
Embrace my damnation
In my mind and genocide
Scars carry my name
I was once alive
Only now I find
That the dead
Welcome me
Scars

See the dearly deceased
Behind my eyelids
Enticing the great beast
Here at vast banquets
Surrounded by disease
Plague bearing vermin
For feasts so they eat
All that was human
