Something Wonderful.
You scream and scream,
Letting all your fear and worries flow out,
Allowing your agony to show in mounds,
Clutching your chest when you feel the absolute pain you hold within your heart..the feeling is foul..for a while!
In astonishment you accept it all, enjoying the feeling of pain!
Allowing it to all be in vain!
You are not ashamed..if feels as if you came
You know there is no one to blame,
But yourself,
But who cares?

The only thing I didn't like was the short line "allowing it to all be in vain". It seemed as if it didn't fit the rhythm of the rest of the poem.

Oh I see. Well..my style is quite different... I just thought I'd add in something to make the reader as if the poem was unique. (:
