So Much To Feel
Lying here in this bed
pillow covering my head
The softness against my face
Finds memories that time can't erase
Thoughts of a sunny day
Where time stood still
Standing on a riverbank
With so much to feel
Silence only broken by a gentle breeze
As it whispered through the trees
Her ear pressed aginst my heart
We both knew we would always be apart
A tear fell from her eye
Like the water rushing by
I kissed that tear away
She whispered forever remember this day
She'll turn out the light
She'll say goodnight
She'll sleep oh so well
She'll never know
What I couldn't tell
When time stood still
With so much to feel
