Eternal Reprise

This mangled soul is bound by chains,
for emptying the brittle veins.

The scars dig deep, deeper than flesh,
the terrible memory, vivid and fresh.

My life was taken, by my own hand,
due to trauma I couldn't withstand.

I sit here now, recalling the pain,
consumed by terrors I cannot explain.

Demonic laughter, and serpents hissing,
haunt me while I'm reminiscing.

My corpse trembles, but I cannot shout,
it starts to cackle, as blood spews out.

Warping and shaking, there is no resisting...
my rotted shell keeps jarring and twisting.

I watch the horror...of my consequence,
throughout eternal recompense...

If I knew then, how bad it would be...
I would have lived life passionately.

But here I am, an eternal slave,
bound to serve beyond the grave.

Infinity will be spent, reliving despair,
in a wicked, brutal, and endless nightmare.
