Give me one good reason
One good reason to stay
I know we mean more than this
I know there is love there
You made me feel special
Where did that person go
The flowers and romance
Sharing dreams and hope
Now seem lost in the wind
You said you would lift me up
But you have let me down
Stuck in the same grind
Dealing with the same arguments
Where is the intimacy
The hurried whispers in the dark
We used to always touch
Why so distant now
Don't I still excite you
Is it time to give it up
Or will you give me a reason to hold on?
