The Quiet Ones
We tell everyone to be strong,
While we sit in our rooms crying in silence before noon.
We do not dare to utter the words "I am broken" to anyone.
That would be a confession of not being strong.
Reciting "be strong", when I, have fallen prey to the disease.
The hypocrisy in it is almost surreal.
We are the most dangerous.
We do not breathe, mutter or dare to reveal,
The dirty little secret we keep under the veil.
The silent time bomb.
Stuck in an ocean of kids who are "depressed" to seek an attention.
We are the Quiet Ones.
We will blow you to pieces just as you think everything is great.
