OH HABIBI WHY HABIBI
I am a wounded soul left to the mercies of the scorching desert sand
am crying out loud to the Angels up above but my voice is too scarred,my words bear no sound at all.
The rhythm of my heart is rapidly fading into dots;Am dead breathing without air in my lungs.
Oh habibi why habibi?
Love of my life
Shine of my eyes
Peace that breeze my mind
Tell me what am I to do without?
I gave you each of my nights and days to spend away
I sealed my name with a promise of fidelity and give it to you
Now you sit on the roof laughing at this mess chewing my heart to waste
I am dancing in a fire of hurt, longing and pain
Flames you willingly lit with lies, deception and games
Allah how can a beauty golden as the sun possess such darkness in her ways?
Oh habibi why habibi?
love of my life
shine of my eyes
peace that breeze my mind
Tell me what am I to do without?
am crying out loud to the Angels up above but my voice is too scarred,my words bear no sound at all.
The rhythm of my heart is rapidly fading into dots;Am dead breathing without air in my lungs.
Oh habibi why habibi?
Love of my life
