And don't be so hard on yourself.

So try to love yourself first.

Try to keep it simple,
Don't let your mind rush ahead.
Try not to dwell on the past,
That shit is buried and dead.

Try to feed the light,
That's how the dark stuff dies.
Just try to talk your truth,
Because addiction is lies.

Just be kind to yourself,
One foot in front of the other.
Keep breathing,  keep trying,
And just keep loving each other.
